How to delete your account
You can delete your Mirai Kanai account (provided by MOVE FOR PEOPLE K.K.) from within the app at any time.
Steps
- Log in and tap your icon (or name) at the top right of the screen
- Open "My page"
- In "Account" at the bottom, tap "Delete account"
- Enter your email address to confirm, then tap "Withdraw (permanently deleted after 90 days)"
If you can't log in, email support@move-for-people.com from your registered email address and we will delete your account for you.
What is deleted and how long we keep it
- We keep your data for 90 days after you delete your account. During this time you can restore it.
- After 90 days, we permanently delete your account information (registration details, profile, etc.) and the records of households where you are the only member (transactions, accounts, etc.).
- Households you share with others remain for the other members.
- Statistics combined so that no individual can be identified are kept.
You can also keep your account and delete transactions one at a time, or delete a whole household (household admins only).
