You record in Mirai Kanai by entering data and by AI auto-import (reading receipts and documents). Auto-import is there to cut down how much you type. Automatic connection with banks, cards and other accounts is also in preparation.

We don't store images read by AI auto-import

Receipt and document images are discarded after they're converted to text. We never keep the images themselves. We back your trust with technology.

Zero ads, and we don't aim to go public

With ads, advertisers' interests come before users'. Going public puts shareholders' interests before users'. Mirai Kanai wants to be a service that works only for you, the person using it.

We never show any ads inside the app.

We may provide anonymized statistics to corporations and research institutions

We may provide statistical data, aggregated over groups large enough that no individual can be identified, to corporations and research institutions. This is to keep Mirai Kanai running for the long term. We also hope to find a way to share the profits with our users. Only data from people who have completed identity verification is included. Savings and investment totals are not shown on our own screens either. Amounts, descriptions and notes are hidden too; we reveal them temporarily, with a recorded reason, only when we need to look into an enquiry or a fault.

Mirai Kanai handles only anonymized information and holds nothing that can identify an individual. Only people who have completed identity verification are included in statistics.
