Why are core features free forever?
+Mirai Kanai's vision is to be 'a product everyone in the world can use from birth to death.' Charging for core features would exclude those without financial means, so we keep core free forever.
Why is AI auto-import conditionally free?
+AI image and text analysis uses external APIs (Google Cloud Vision + Gemini) with per-transaction operating cost. Unconditional free use would make the service economically unsustainable.
Are you really ad-free?
+Yes. Mirai Kanai will never use ads, affiliate marketing, or referral fees. Business models that profit from recommending specific products conflict with Mirai Kanai's philosophy (= a flat mirror).
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
+Data is retained for 90 days after account deletion, during which you can recover by re-registering. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. You can also export your data (CSV/PDF) before deletion.
Can businesses use Mirai Kanai's referral program?
+Mirai Kanai is designed for individuals and families. For NPOs and support organizations, we offer a separate completely-free program. (* The referral program is coming soon.)
